Rates
$160 Initial Consultation
$135 per 60 minute session
You may choose to utilize benefits provided by your insurance plan or choose to self pay. Please be advised that if you are uninsured or choose to self-pay you will be provided with a "Good Faith Estimate" for the expected cost of non-emergency services.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am in-network with BCBS PPO, United Health Care, Cigna, and Mutilplan and will bill your insurance plan on your behalf. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash or checks, and all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay an $85 missed appointment/late cancel fee.
